Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized orders, and personal care products cannot be returned.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
